چکیده

Introduction: Highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) in the management of HIV/AIDS has made it possible to significantly reduce its incidence and morbidity mortality. The objective this study was identify factors affecting levels non-adherence HAART. Were included participate, those being more than 18 years old, on HAART for least three months, consenting attending clinic that period. Non-adherence defined as taking their medication ≤ 95% time. A threshold >5% considered high, with P <0.05 statistically significant. Results: Of total 278 participants study, average age 41 ± 13 minimum 19 maximum 75 years, male predominance 56% (n ꞊ 156); 19% patients showed adherence 95%, which 13.31 (n=37) were men 5.4% (n=15). Similarly, people busy doing other things "often" parent likely adhere Systolic pressure (SBP), uric acid, sugar, LDL cholesterol higher values. Conclusion: Effective requires <5% At end present individuals cardiometabolic. All these observations affirmed holistic multidisciplinary nature care.
